DonationPay's mandatory account update process is outlined below. Please note: the old platform will be disabled on July 31st, 2024, so you will need to complete this process by July 31st to avoid downtime on your DonationPay account. Please email support@donationpay.org with any questions.
1. Get your client code: because we're grandfathering in your pricing structure in the new platform, we'll need to make sure we have your client code. Please send a message to support@donationpay.org letting us know you're ready to begin the upgrade process and we'll send you your code, or just email your account rep directly and they'll be happy to provide it.
2. Fill out the application here. This application will get you set up with the ability to process transactions with Stripe, not IATS, and you'll need to complete this part of the process before you're able to access new DonationPay features.
3. We'll get in touch once your migration application is completed to help get your recurring payments moved into the new system, and close out your account with IATS.
4. Our team will transition your payment pages to the updated platform and we'll send you a email with activation info as soon as that's all set.
