How to manually move your recurring payments from the legacy system

 

1.  Request an unmask form from IATS and obtain your recurring donor data.

 

Send an email to IATS ([e-mail]) saying the following (or similar):

 

Our organization, Organization Name, Client Code, is moving our payment processing away from IATS.  Please provide an unmask form so we can access full recurring donor data.  Thank you!

 

The IATS team can provide the form and answer any questions you have about pulling that data from their system.  If their export does not include the recurring frequency or start date of the payment, download a list of all your schedules from the Portal as well.

 

2.  Upload your IATS data sheet of unmasked recurring donor data using our secure uploader here:

You must be signed into your Portal account to access this page.

 

3. DonationPay will import your recurring data to the new platform, and stop your recurring payments at IATS.

 

4. You'll receive a confirmation message when your import is complete and your recurring gifts are running on the new system.
