Custom Coding

Our team is happy to help build features on your DonationPay payment pages that go beyond the set of features available out-of-the-box.  For instance, we can convert your Photoshop mock-ups to beautifully functional payment pages, or we can help you achieve the exact functionality you’re imagining for the elements of your form.  Want certain checkboxes to produce more followup questions? Want your payment pages to alert your CRM or Email Service Provider each time a donation is made?  Let your DonationPay rep know, we’ll be delighted to help.

Technical notes

Our system runs in PHP, so any server-side code will be written in PHP.  Our team may use a combination of php and javascript/html/css to complete your project.  All code resulting from DonationPay is the property of DonationPay.  We will never share your proprietary design elements with anyone.  

Pricing

Custom work is charged at $100 per hour.  You’ll be billed when the project is completed; we’ll send you an invoice and you can choose to send in a check, or pay by automatic banking transfer.  In the cases of large projects requiring 10 or more hours of work, you may be asked to pay a deposit of 25% before our team begins work.

Process

When you request a feature or page that’s outside of what DonationPay’s standard service does, your account manager will let you know, and present available options within the platform.  If these options won’t suffice for your project, they’ll confirm you’d like an estimate, then prepare one within two business days.  We’ll send you a cost and time estimate and request confirmation you’d like us to begin.  Once your project is finished, we’ll deliver it through our standard ticketing system.
