Custom work is charged at $100 per hour. You’ll be billed when the project is completed; we’ll send you an invoice and you can choose to send in a check, or pay by automatic banking transfer. In the cases of large projects requiring 10 or more hours of work, you may be asked to pay a deposit of 25% before our team begins work.
When you request a feature or page that’s outside of what DonationPay’s standard service does, your account manager will let you know, and present available options within the platform. If these options won’t suffice for your project, they’ll confirm you’d like an estimate, then prepare one within two business days. We’ll send you a cost and time estimate and request confirmation you’d like us to begin. Once your project is finished, we’ll deliver it through our standard ticketing system.
