PaySafe has required that each client that desireds a transfer of recurring rules sign a release form to allow PaySafe to release the card data to DonationPay. If you haven't already been in touch with your DonationPay rep about the transfer, please get in touch to obtain the form.
DonationPay continues to press Paysafe to release recurring transaction card information to us so that we can import that data into the DonationPay portal for remaining clients moving from Paysafe to IATS.
Recurring payments continued to process on Paysafe accounts through March 5th, so no action is required for payments through that date. As soon as the card data is released by Paysafe, we will import the recurring schedules into DonationPay's Portal and you'll see recurring schedules appear. For some payments, this may mean that they are delayed by several days. For instance, payments that normally process on the 6th will now process on the day the data arrives from Paysafe instead.
If you would prefer that delayed payments skip a month, and begin processing on their original payment date in April, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
Please note, only active recurring schedules with non-expired cards will be imported.
