DonationPay deactivated our legacy system on August 13th. If you missed our account upgrade deadline on July 31st and your pages and Portal account have been disabled, you can reactivate your account in a few steps.
Here's all you need to know:
1. Get your account back up and running by completing your account upgrade immediately.
First, email support@donationpay.org to request your client ID number.
Once you have it, fill out our account update form here. We'll expedite your account update once we receive your account update submission, and you'll receive a confirmation email from us with all the info you need shortly thereafter.
2. You won't be able to regain access to your old Portal account or your payment pages without upgrading, but we've got you covered
Our legacy system is completely disabled, and you will need to complete your upgrade to re-access your account. Your legacy data will appear in your updated account and the DonationPay CS team can also provide you a full data sheet upon request. Your data is also available in the IATS gateway and you may log in there at any time. All recurring payments still running on the legacy system will appear in the IATS gateway.
If you've misplaced your credentials to log in at IATS, you can request your client code from IATS (iatscs@iatspayments.com) or the DonationPay team (support@donationpay.org), and reset your password as needed on their site.
3. Expect a 1-3 business day turnaround for your account update
We will prioritize upgrades for clients who have missed the upgrade deadline and had their legacy accounts disabled. Please complete your upgrade today and we'll get you back up and running in 1-2 business days.
