Update, 12:23 PM PST: We are still working on fixing the issue that's causing intermittent downtime on some pages. We will post further updates as the issue is resolved.

Update, 1:05 PM PST: Pending payments during this outage were declined, and should transition to 'Declined' status in the Portal shortly. Donors who attempted payments on affected pages were shown decline messages as well.
