Recurring payment issue 4/29 and 4/30

Due to a technical glitch, some monthly recurring payments that were migrated from the IATS system to the Sripe system were incorrectly reprocessed. Additionally, the DonationPay Portal (portal.donationpay.org (http://portal.donationpay.org/) ) may have held incorrect information. That has been corrected, and the list of payments now reflects the activity from last night.

We understand that this may have caused inconvenience and confusion for you and your donors, and we want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to rectify the situation. Our team is currently working on processing refunds for the reprocessed payments, and we will notify your donors accordingly.
