The DonationPay Portal is currently experiencing downtime in the Pacific Northwest region. All other regions should be unaffected. The outage is causing the Portal framework to be visible, with no data displayed, across all browsers. Our developers have isolated the problem as a regional outage in one of our vendor services; we are working with their team now to address the issue and will let affected clients know as soon as the problem is resolved.
