DonationPay will be closed on the following days this summer and holiday season:
September 1st and 4th for Labor Day
October 9th for Indigenous Peoples Day
November 10th for Veterans Day
November 22nd, 23rd and 24th for Thanksgiving
December 8th for the first day of Hanukkah
December 22nd, 25th and 26th for Christmas
January 1st, 2024 for New Years Day
DonationPay will be open with limited capacity (only addressing urgent requests) on the following dates:
August 21st-25th for annual maintenance and staff retreat
November 7th for Election Day
As ever, if you have an urgent request during off hours, please email support@donationpay.org for quickest response from our team. We have additional support staff available during the holiday fundraising season, so please let us know if anything comes up and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests, even if our offices are closed.
